About Us

At Ndwiga Law, we are more than just legal practitioners. We are strategic partners in your journey to justice, compliance, and growth. Based in Nairobi, Kenya, we are a medium-sized law firm with strong experience across African and UK legal systems. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to deliver justice that resonates, empower both individuals and organizations, and help build a brighter, more equitable future.

Ndwiga Law brings together a passionate and dynamic team of legal experts with a wealth of experience across a wide range of sectors. We specialize in real estate and conveyancing, corporate and commercial law, immigration and citizenship, family office and private client services, family law and estate planning, technology and innovation law, ESG compliance and climate reporting, tax advisory, and banking and finance.

We advise both local and international clients, including multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, developers, conservation groups, and investors. Whether you’re structuring a business, closing a property deal, resolving a dispute, or safeguarding your legacy, we deliver legal solutions that are pragmatic, proactive, and tailored to your needs.

Why We Exist

Too many African founders spend a lifetime building something remarkable, only to leave its future to chance. We believe a life’s work should outlive the person who built it and that the structure to make that happen belongs in place long before it is ever needed.

Our Vision

An Africa where the wealth families build is structured to endure, where succession is designed in advance, not litigated in crisis, and each generation inherits what the last intended, intact.

What We Do, Every Day

We give African business owners the legal structures and trusted guidance to protect, grow, and pass on what they have built proactively, before they need it, so they can lead and live with the confidence that their legacy is secure.
